MK Day

Today is so special
Today is my mothers birthday
She would have been a
young 75 today.

Hard to believe it has been 3 years.
Sometimes it feels like a moment
Sometimes it feels like a life time

I would give anything to be able
to celebrate with her today
but I did walk her footsteps today
worked in her flower beds today

Thought about her all day today

Tomorrow the girls of the family will gather together
to celebrate this special lady we all miss so deeply

Especially today

I Love You Mom

I feel You with me

today
and
always

This is one of my mothers favorite song
we had it playing at the funeral

xoxo dar

I remember when you lost your mom. It was heartbreaking.

She was a beautiful lady.

Love you, Dar...

Keep those memories alive. I also remember my mother loving Elvis. She's still with us but her Alzheimer's has progressed to a stage that she no longer knows us or Elvis.

sage-thank you and I am sorry to hear about your Mom. That is extremely rough. Sending Prayers.

Beautiful memories, when they go it's the most important things to keep.
I miss my parents so much. I think missing doesn't get easier, it gets more tolerable.
