Thank You Pseudonymous High School Teacher

I received my cook book from Pseudo, all the way from Hawaii. Wow, I am so excited and cannot wait to try this cook book out. Mr. Roy Yamaguchi, is the author of the book." Recipes from the Pacific Rim ". He has over thirty locations and growing. "He is one of Hawaii's most celebrated chefs"! How lucky am I!

I have been to Roy's place in Southern california... sorry if you already mentioned that. The place in So. cal is very pricey it is interesting with the economy being tough it does make the wait shorter... shorter meaning half the place is empty during peak hours. I like your blog.
