Duck Soup Friday

I was sitting at the computer desk the other evening and I heard some lite knocking on my glass door. I looked up and these guys were all hanging out there on the patio. The were asking me to please come feed them.
Pop, was out of town and they have been waiting for over a day now...LOL
So, I grabbed my camera and rounded the lil fellows up to take them back to the pond.
Before Bob the bobcat or wolffie coyote gets them.
Don't they realize they are missing a buddy because of wolffie already!

hey why did she stop
would you please quit taking pictures and feed us already
nobody look at the camera
Let's goose her guys that will move her
works ever time..LOL

Later on that evening

Awesome shots, Dar! I love the ducks. Well, I love them in ponds; not in soup.

How funny that they came knocking!
A friend of mine had hummingbirds that would knock on the glass door when the feeders ran out.
Beautiful sunset! Oooooo...ahhhhhhh!

Maggie-great memories eh, thank you

Peggy-thank you very much, I do love all my critters :-)

Twisted Fencepost-they do know how to get attention, before the main house had a gate to the deck they would go to the sliding glass door on the deck and peck on it. Now they have to walk all the way to the back to get me...it's pretty funny and they have to really be hungry!

Joanie M-thank your very much I appreciate it.

Joanna Jenkins-yes you got it all LOL they were really upset I kept stopping to take pictures ;-)

If you're lurking in the background Dar, you're being awfully quiet about it!

Love that the ducks knocked at your door for dinner... and we all thought they had tiny brains!

Oh, how fun - I would totally follow ducks around with my camera, too - I do that with the cats, obviously - but they are more predictable.
