Mohamed is back from the mountain.
Finally took a few days off. My sister and I took some furniture up to the family in Birmingham.
We stopped off at my best friends grave in Tuscaloosa. Largest memoral Park I have ever seen.
March made the twenty year mark. Brought flowers from my mothers garden and mine.
We proceeded on to Oak Mountain State Park in Alabama. Loaded to the max for a fun long weekend camping in the cabins with the grand kids. We all had a wonderful time. We all got a lot of exercise too. OMGoodness how "bad" I have aged. I need more mountain walks!!!
I was not prepared for some of the trails. Where did that girl scout I use to know go.
Never mind the fact I had just had a wreck on my scooter in the rain and busted my knee cap.
Wonderful times, we all are planning to head back up and family camp. Can't wait.
Hopefully in better shape and with lots of water on me!

ouch on the knee...but i love the mountains and camp...just remember moderation though...ha...too many trails and you wont be moving much...smiles.
